General Information

The firm's practice is limited to title examination for oil and gas development.  Heading the firm is Richard W. Foster, Jr., who is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in the following areas: 

      1) Oil, Gas and Mineral Law;
      2) Farm and Ranch Real Estate Law; 
      3) Commercial Real Estate Law; and 
      4) Residential Real Estate Law

Mr. Foster established the firm in 1977 in Kenedy, Texas, and practiced there until moving into new facilities in Floresville, Texas in January of 2000.  The Midland office was opened in 2011.  A shuttle runs on a regular basis between the Floresville and Midland offices so that all attorneys can assist with the firm’s workload.
