Richard W. Foster, Jr. from Junction, Texas, received his B. A. Degree with honors from Southwest Texas University and his legal education from St. Mary's University, San Antonio (J.D., 1977). Foster is Board Certified in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law; Farm and Ranch Real Estate Law; Residential Real Estate Law; and Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Foster is a shareholder in the firm, and manages the Midland office.
Robert E. Harvey, IV is from Nixon, Texas, and was admitted to the bar in 1996. He received a B. S. Degree in 1993 from Texas A & M University (Cum Laude), and received his J.D. Degree in 1996 from St. Mary's University of San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Harvey is a shareholder in the firm, and manages the Floresville office.
