GENERAL INFORMATION

The firm's practice is limited to Real Estate Law and Oil, Gas and Mineral Law. Heading the firm is Richard W. Foster, Jr., who is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in the following areas: 1) Residential Real Estate Law; 2) Farm and Ranch Real Estate Law: 3) Commercial Real Estate Law; and 4) Oil, Gas and Mineral Law. Mr. Foster established the firm in 1977 in Kenedy, Texas, and practiced there until moving into new facilities in Floresville, Texas in January of 2000.
